Churchill Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd ( AFS license no. 239544) was established in March 1999 to provide Western Australian Businesses with an Insurance Brokerage that was independent, experienced and service oriented with access to national and international markets.

The Company's business activities cover a wide range of insurance services including corporate, commercial and personal insurance risks as well as managing industry and product schemes.

The Company has established working relationships with many W.A. and Australian Insurance companies as well as establishing a strong network of affiliates with Insurance groups in London, Singapore and throughout the Asia-Pacific Rim.

In a very short time Churchill has become synonymous with excellent service delivered to our clientele whilst providing highly competitive rates through a strong network of Underwriters.

Ross Meadows

Our Managing Director, Ross Meadows has over 20 years experience in the Financial and Insurance industries. Ross, who established HBF Home & Car Insurance in 1987 and was a Director and CEO of this organisation for over 10 years, built HBF into one of the largest insurance companies in the West Australian marketplace.

Ross has also worked with the largest Private Broker in WA as their General Manager Consumer Division and set up and established Churchill Insurance Brokers in 1999.

Ross has completed an Honours Degree in Economics and has also completed a Post Graduate Degree in Finance & Insurance from Deakin University and is a Fellow of the Australia & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance.

Ross has also completed many in-house and external training programmes in Insurance and Finance related areas. Ross has also completed Senior Executive Management Programmes with the London Business School, Harvard University and Mt Eliza Management programmes.

Ross has travelled extensively over the last 15 years to major insurance markets in London, Europe, USA, Asia and Bermuda.

With a wide network of Insurance contacts at senior levels both in the Australian and International markets, Ross is well placed to provide excellent service and highly competitive pricing for all industry sectors.

Narelle Weston

Our Account Broker and Administration Manager, Narelle Weston has over 9 years experience in the Insurance field and previously worked for Insurance companies, local and international Brokers as well as having exposure to businesses in the mining, optical and retail industries.

Narelle has become an expert in Insurance systems and solutions and is well placed to advise clients on all small commercial packages as well as all of their personal lines insurance needs.  Narelle has completed the Tier 1 level of training as required under the AFS compliance programme and with a background in administration, Narelle is well placed to provide clients with expert and professional advice for all their insurance needs and with her dedication to client service, is regarded as an excellent support broker for many industries.

Violet Dillon

Viiolet Dillon, our Broker Assistant has a friendly and welcoming disposition for all of our customers. Violet has excellent customer service skills, providing Churchill customers with excellent back up and friendly advice.

Our other staff provide back up and administrative duties to our office staff as well as accounts collection and administration.
